François Tchidjé

François Tchidjé is a certified leadership coach, pastor, author, and speaker based in Cameroon. A dynamic leader, he is dedicated to mentoring young leaders, couples, and entrepreneurs, with a mission to inspire individuals to realize their full potential. Committed to suicide prevention in Africa, François collaborates with international experts to deliver training accredited by the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention and Soul Shop USA.

As the founder and president of Compassion, François also excels as an anti-drug therapeutic counselor and leads MILIs International, an organization present in six countries across three continents. His vision is to mobilize, train, and empower 30,000 leaders in the Francophone world by 2030, integrating spirituality, personal development, and leadership.
